Deliver the work, answer the customers, keep the team in sync.

Projects and tasks

  1. Projects → New project: name, customer and, if you bill for it, an hourly rate.
  2. Open the board and add tasks; drag them between stages.
  3. Team members log timesheets against tasks.
  4. Invoice approved, billable hours to the customer in one click.

Helpdesk

  • Teams group your support agents.
  • Tickets arrive from your website's support form or are created by agents. Reply from the ticket; the customer sees replies through their private link.
  • A new ticket can trigger automations and the ticket.created webhook.

Team chat

Team Chat has channels and direct messages for your workspace only. Messages update automatically while the page is open.

Calls

Log phone calls with a contact in Calls: inbound or outbound, duration, outcome (answered, no answer, voicemail, busy) and notes, so the whole team sees the history.

Documents

Upload files into folders in Documents. Share a file outside your company with a share link, which you can revoke at any time. Files are downloaded only through permission-checked links.

eSign

  1. eSign → New request: upload a PDF (up to 10 MB) and add the signers' names and emails.
  2. Each signer receives a private link by email to review and sign or decline.
  3. When everyone has signed, you're notified and a completion certificate with the signing history is available.

Spreadsheets

Simple shared spreadsheets with formulas, inside your workspace. Export to CSV whenever you need to.

Wiki

Write your team's procedures and knowledge in Wiki articles using Markdown (headings, lists, links).

AI Assistant

The AI Assistant can draft an email, summarise text, rewrite something professionally, translate into English or suggest a support reply. Paste your text, pick the task, and review the result before using it.

  • The assistant only works when the platform has an AI provider connected; otherwise it says so.
  • Text you submit is sent to that provider to produce the answer. Don't paste passwords, payment details or other secrets.
  • AI output can be wrong. Check facts, figures and names before you send anything.
