How long is the free trial?
7 days, with every app included. No payment card is needed to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you haven't subscribed, your workspace locks: members can still sign in, manage their own security and subscribe, but the apps and your public website pause. Your data is kept, and everything unlocks as soon as the subscription is active.
Can two companies share one account?
Each sign-up creates a separate, isolated workspace. Records from one workspace can never be seen from another, even by guessing addresses.
Do I have to use all 51 apps?
No. An administrator can turn apps on or off at any time under All apps. Turned-off apps disappear from menus and their pages are blocked; their data stays put.
I lost my phone with my authenticator app.
Sign in with one of the recovery codes you saved when you set up two-factor. If you have none left, ask an administrator in your workspace to reset your two-factor, then set it up again.
Will anyone ever ask for my password or codes?
No. Our team will never ask for your password, two-factor codes, recovery codes or API tokens. If someone does, it is not us.
