marketing,with consent
Reach the people who asked to hear from you, and only them.
- Consent comes first
- Email campaigns
- SMS campaigns
- Marketing automation
- Social media
- Surveys
Consent comes first
Every contact has three separate consent switches: email, SMS and WhatsApp. Campaigns and automations only ever reach contacts who opted in to that channel and haven't unsubscribed. Record consent only when the person has actually given it, and keep in mind the marketing rules where your customers live.
Email campaigns
- Email Marketing → New campaign: subject and message.
- The campaign page shows how many contacts have opted in.
- Send. Every email includes a personal unsubscribe link, and supports one-click unsubscribe in mail apps. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately for all future campaigns.
SMS campaigns
Write a short message in SMS Marketing and send it to opted-in contacts with a mobile number. Sending real text messages requires an SMS provider to be connected for the platform; until then, messages are recorded but not delivered, and the app tells you so.
Send approved WhatsApp template messages to opted-in contacts from Messaging (WhatsApp). As with SMS, delivery needs a connected WhatsApp Business account; otherwise messages are recorded only, and the screen shows this.
Marketing automation
Create a workflow in Marketing Automation:
- When: a contact is created, a CRM lead is won, someone registers for an event, or a helpdesk ticket is opened.
- Then: send an email or SMS (to opted-in contacts only), create a project task, or post in a team chat channel.
Each run is logged, including steps that were skipped for lack of consent.
Social media
Plan posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok in a shared calendar with an approval step: Draft → In review → Approved → Published. Posting is done on each network by hand, and you record the live link in Simbako ERP.
Surveys
Use Surveys for customer feedback or event follow-ups; see Your company website.
